3. When making the mold, the technician needs to divide the mold into two or more pieces according to the shape of the product. But its purpose is not to damage the mold, easy installation and easy splicing.

The detailed mold manufacturing method is: apply the prepared silicone rubber to the original mold several times, and the silicone rubber layer should be more than 1mm. After the silicone rubber is crosslinked, a glass fiber reinforced plastic layer having a thickness of about 3 mm is formed on the silicone rubber. After the Fiberglass is cured, the entire mold is cut along the divided unit blocks. When cutting, pay attention to cutting the Fiberglass layer and the silicone rubber layer at the same time.

The connecting ribs are manufactured between the unit blocks, and a bit groove should be set at the connecting ribs to ensure that the unit block mold is combined into a whole through the connecting ribs. After the above work is completed, the Fiberglass unit block is demolded, and then the silicone rubber layer is removed, and the removed silicone rubber block is immediately returned to the Fiberglass unit mold.
